President’s Day Heat Wave
Calling it a “heat wave” may be a bit too much, but it sure felt warm for 40 degrees! Today’s sun brought slightly warmer temperatures hitting the low 40’s at 3:30pm. The bright day brought people, kids, pets and surfers out to Robert Moses State Park and Fire Island National Seashore. It’s still several weeks before Spring, but the break in snow, ice and very below freezing was a welcomed occurrence by parents with kids home today.
